Batemans Bay Holiday Accommodation

The Terms and Conditions of holiday rentals as agreed to by both parties are detailed below.   Any change to these conditions permits us to refuse keys, amend your charges or terminate your occupancy.

• Lochani is rented ONLY for Holiday purposes and only for the timeframe stated on your receipt
• Lochani is available from 4.00pm on the day of your arrival & is to be vacated by 11.00am on the day of your departure. 
• Late check outs can be arranged provided Lochani has not been re-booked.  This will need to be discussed prior to the day of departure.
• Guests are responsible for damages, breakages, blockages and any losses during your stay.
• Pets only accepted subject to prior discussion and  approval.
• Guests will be given a security code to access Lochani, after the final payment has been received.
• All payments are to be paid in full prior to occupancy
• Deposits are not refundable on cancelled bookings unless, Lochani is re-booked for the entire period of the original booking.  A cancellation fee of 10% will still be charged. 
• The number of occupants must not exceed the sleeping arrangements available
• No responsibility can be accepted for any personal property of guests left on the premises
