The friendly poodle delights in life and is one of the most intelligent breeds. They are active, athletic, highly adaptable, out-going and good natured. Their loyalty is legendary so they make the most wonderful companions. They are excellent house dogs as they are extremely clean and do not shed hair.
 Jacques
For ten vintages Jacques was the Lochani ambassador. He shared in the highs and lows of a working vineyard and one of his favourite pastimes was rolling languidly in the vineyard nets on a warm picking day grunting and showing approval at all in the world. His loyal companionship enhanced our life at Lochani, he is greatly missed.
 Elektra
Lochani is truly a magical place; and every magical place needs its fairy princess. With her bright eyes and propensity for wearing pink, Elektra fills this role admirably as she prances delicately across the ground to greet you.
Her good nature and gentle demeanor is only ever tested when another dog dares to pay undue attention to her ball.
Raphael
Unlike his namesake, Rafa is no angel, but he is a very handsome little chap. As the baby of the family, he thumbs his little black nose at authority, announces his arrival when visiting anywhere new, torments Elektra mercilessly and thinks he owns the world. But, at the end of the day, he loves his cuddles and will throw himself at you as a constant reminder that he is around. |
